When will I receive my  order?

Your order will usually be ready for shipping within 7-10 working days.
Duration of shipping depends on the area, but usually takes 1-4 working days from the time it leaves our design studio.

How much will I pay for delivery?

Shipping usually ranges between R100-R150 depending on the order to all major centers.
Any outlying areas might have additional charges, which will be emailed to you via invoice after the order has been placed. Please contact us

Can I request custom work?

Yes! You are welcome to email info@ohyaykids.co.za for any specific changes or to make specific design enquiries, however there might be an extra fee involved.
For example, if you want a print in a specific size or layout, you are welcome to request a quote.
