Lead Time:

Each product is made individually which means that slight differences could occur. Our wooden products are made from real wood and therefore the grain and colour may vary slightly.

All our products are made to order, and production only commences once full payment is received. Lead time is 7-11 business days from receipt of payment excluding courier lead time. Courier usually takes 1-3 business days

Delivery:

If you reside outside main areas, an increase of delivery fee may be charged.

Returns:

Unfortunately, we do not do any returns as all products are made to order. Please be sure to check any spelling as errors on your side will be for your own account.
